Get the Most Out of Safety 2023 with Expo Floor Activities and Events

Check out all that Safety 2023 has to offer on the expo floor.

The expo floor at the American Society of Safety Professionals’ (ASSP) Safety 2023 Conference and Expo (Safety 2023), offers more than just hundreds of vendors to see, visit and talk with. It also provides activities and events to partake in each day of the event.

ASSP Marketplace & ASSP Foundation Booth: June 5-7. This booth is your one-stop shop for all things ASSP (and more). Stop by booth #845 to look at ASSP gear, grab some ribbons, donate to the organization and find out how you can get involved. You can also check out books and resources and further your education on ANSI/ASSP standards here.

Live-Printing T-Shirt Station: June 5-7. With four designs to choose from, the live-printing T-shirt station is a great place to get custom merchandise. After buying a blank T-shirt, you can watch your chosen design be directly printed on it and don it shortly after.

Parade to Prizes: June 5-7. Planning to make your rounds on the expo floor? Why not also enter for a chance to win prizes? As you meander around the expo, get your game card stamped at specific booths and once it’s filled, drop it in the box in Booth #160 by 11:15 am on June 7 to be entered for a prize. Winners will be announced at the booth only 15 minutes later.

Flash Sessions: June 5-7. Have 15 minutes to spare in between sessions and visiting booths? Check out the quick and educational flash sessions being offered daily at booths #165 and #113. Choose from a wide range of topics presented by different companies. To view all sessions, visit ASSP’s Flash Session Schedule.

Runway: Safety Apparel and PPE Fashion Show: June 5-6. Properly fitting PPE is a must-have in all industries. At booth #778, check out new products designed to fit bodies better, including PPE for women. The fashion shows will be held on June 5 from 3 to 4 p.m. and June 6 from 9:15 to 10 a.m.

Headshot Lounge: June 6-7. Need a headshot or want to update your current one? Now’s your chance! From 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on June 6 and 9:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. on June 7, stop by booth #178 to have your headshot taken.
