Radiation and Worker Health Advisory Board to Meet March 22-23

The NIOSH advisory board will meet in Naperville, Ill.

NIOSH has announced that its Advisory Board on Radiation and Worker Health will meet March 22-23 in Naperville, Illinois. The board will discuss site profiles for General Steel Industries, as well as the Argonne National Laboratory-East, and the Kansas City Plant.

The meeting will take place at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, Chicaoo Naperville. Public comments will begin at 5 p.m. CDT on March 22.

Special Exposure Cohort (SEC) petitions also are on the agenda for these work sites: Carborundum Company, Niagara Falls, N.Y.; Idaho National Laboratory, Scoville, Idaho; Rocky Flats Plant, Golden, Colo.; and Savannah River Site, Aiken, S.C.
