Ergodyne Announces New Work Wear Division at NSC 2008
At the NSC 2008 expo floor, ergodyne, a division of Tenacious Holdings Inc. and manufacturer of industrial and safety products since 1983, announced the creation of a sister division named Basic Issue.
The new company will provide out-of-the-box, ready-to-go basic work wear sold by the case. The company's mission is to become the most reliable and efficient supplier of the basic work gear required and used at the worksite every day without unnecessary product features and frills, thereby reducing clients' costs. In the company's own words, "We promise you this: you won't pay for unnecessary product features and frills, fancy ad campaigns, or lots of overhead--just a solid value on decent, high volume goods."
Initial product offerings include: Rainwear, applicable for agriculture, construction, DOT, forestry, landscaping, marine, mining/drilling, municipalities, transportation, and utilities; Poly Tarps, applicable for agriculture, construction, demolition, emergency, equipment/machinery, and transportation; Safety Vests, applicable for construction, DOT, landscaping, public service, and waste management; and Back Supports, applicable for agriculture, landscaping, manufacturing, mining, transportation, and warehousing/distribution.
