Many New Products on Display at Expo
Beyond the networking opportunities and the chance to advance one's knowledge, AIHce 2008 allow product manufacturers to unleash onto the IH world their latest and greatest products. With more than 300 exhibitors expected to be on the expo floor, it can be a daunting task for attendees to make time to view them all. Here is a random sample of what this year's event has to offer.
RAE Systems Inc., a San Jose, Calif.-based gas detection and industrial hygiene monitoring manufacturer, will introduce it next-generation photoionization (PID) based instruments and wireless gas detection solutions at booth #615. Syracuse, N.Y.-based Galson Laboratories will introduce two new information tools at AIHce 2008: "The Wizard" is an online tool that helps clients easily develop an air sampling plan; also, Galson's free instructional videos which are designed to provide step-by-step instructions on a wide range of relevant topics, including calibration of sampling pumps, sampling for silica and respirable dust, and using rental equipment.
