For decades, the DuPont Safety Perception Survey has provided organizations with a data-driven tool for understanding, benchmarking and accelerating the journey toward world-class safety performance. However, recent incident investigations reveal that a strong workplace safety culture does not necessarily translate into a strong process safety and operational risk management culture. So how can organizations assess the strength of their leadership and process safety systems within their operations?
During this webinar, participants will learn:
- Why a strong safety culture is critical to achieving excellence in all facets of safety management, including process safety and operational risk.
- How your organization can uncover gaps within operations and pinpoint improvement areas.
- How to utilize best practices that can be used to help translate a strong workplace safety culture into a strong operational risk management culture.
