Examinetics Expands Safety Services with Pekron and RPF Acquisitions

The acquisitions enhance Examinetics’ nationwide support for workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

Examinetics, the nation's leading provider of occupational health, safety, and compliance solutions, has announced its acquisition of Pekron Consulting and RPF Environmental, both safety consulting firms.

Examinetics delivers occupational health and EH&S services across the full employee health lifecycle, with services ranging from pre-employment screening and safety consulting to annual compliance testing and injury management. Pekron and RPF offer a broad safety and compliance portfolio to enhance safe work practices and reduce risk. Their services include onsite auditing and assessments, guidance on OSHA standards, safety training, and industrial hygiene monitoring and sampling.

"These acquisitions enhance Examinetics’ safety capabilities, continuing our mission of helping our clients keep America's workers safe, healthy, and productive," said Gary Gluzberg, CEO, Examinetics. "Adding additional environmental, health, and safety services to our existing employee health portfolio allows us to meet more of the OSHA compliance and safety management needs of our clients. I am excited to have both of these teams join the Examinetics group."

The addition of these new services allows Examinetics to better address the increasingly complex needs of EH&S professionals and creates one of the most complete safety, health, and compliance testing portfolios in the industry.

Pekron Consulting CEO, Brian Rempert CIH, CSP, adds, “The team and I are thrilled to combine with the Examinetics team. We strongly believe that our industry expertise, combined with their broad portfolio and multiple delivery platforms, will make a significant impact on the EHS community.

This acquisition follows Examinetics’ recent acquisitions of 1 Source in 2024 and EHS Risk Management earlier this year, creating a single company with capabilities in safety consulting, compliance testing, and employee health.
