Construction Safety Week 2026 to Focus on Industrywide Collaboration and Culture

Construction Safety Week returns May 4–8, 2026, with the theme “All In Together,” emphasizing unity, trust, and shared responsibility across all levels of the construction industry to strengthen safety culture and reduce preventable incidents.

Construction Safety Week organizers have announced details for the 2026 campaign, which will take place May 4–8 under the theme “All In Together.” The initiative aims to unite workers, contractors, and owners across the industry in building stronger safety cultures and reducing preventable incidents.

Launched in 2014, Construction Safety Week has grown into one of the construction industry’s largest grassroots safety movements. The annual event encourages companies to prioritize trust, respect, and personal ownership of safety, emphasizing that lasting change comes from shared values rather than compliance checklists.

The 2026 campaign marks the start of a new five-year vision that focuses on collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement in safety performance. Organizers said the goal is to strengthen engagement at all levels of the workforce, from tradespeople and supervisors to executives and engineers.

Companies can participate in the event by joining as members, sponsors, or advocates. Each level offers opportunities for visibility and engagement, including use of a “Safety Week Supporter” badge, inclusion in media campaigns, and access to educational and promotional materials.

“Joining as a Safety Week 2026 supporter is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on safety culture and demonstrate commitment to the well-being of every worker,” organizers said in a statement. “Together we can lead the industry toward safer, more productive job sites.”

Construction Safety Week continues to expand its reach, bringing together thousands of workers and hundreds of companies each year. The campaign underscores that safety remains both a moral responsibility and a driver of long-term business success.
