The 2025 NSC Safety Congress & Expo will be held Sept. 15–17 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. With Professional Development Seminars running Sept. 12–14 and Sept. 17–18, the program includes numerous networking events designed to bring safety professionals together.
The schedule features First-Time Attendee Meetups, held Sept. 15 and 16, to help newcomers navigate the event and build initial connections. An International Meetup on Sept. 16 provides additional opportunities for attendees from outside the U.S. to network.
NSC Division and Section meetings will run throughout the event, with discussions focused on industry best practices, regulatory updates, and leadership strategies. These meetings are open to members and available to non-members for an additional fee.
On Sept. 16, the NSC Awards Recognition ceremony will honor safety leaders, Rising Stars, and ASC Scholars, highlighting contributions that advance safety across industries.
The Mosaic Wall, a collaborative installation, will allow attendees to add individual tiles to a larger image revealed over the course of the event. The symbolic project emphasizes community and shared purpose.
A highlight of the networking program is the Green Cross Celebration, scheduled for Sept. 15 at the Denver Botanic Gardens. This evening event will combine entertainment, dinner, and the presentation of the Green Cross for Safety Awards, which honor organizations and individuals making notable contributions to safety.
These networking events, along with informal gatherings in designated spaces like the Time Out Café, demonstrate how the Congress aims to facilitate relationship-building alongside its educational and expo offerings.
