The 2025 NSC Safety Congress & Expo takes place Sept. 15–17 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, with Professional Development Seminars running Sept. 12–14 and Sept. 17–18. Alongside education, the expo floor will be a central attraction, bringing together more than 1,100 exhibitors.
The exhibit hall will include dedicated hours each day to allow attendees uninterrupted time to meet vendors and view demonstrations. Exhibitors will span a wide range of industries, from personal protective equipment to software providers, facility safety systems, and ergonomics solutions.
Special features of the expo floor include:
- NSC Central, a hub for resources and Council services.
- Safety Technology Pavilion, focusing on MSD-prevention technologies and innovations.
- New Product Showcase, presenting the latest safety products and culminating in the 11th Annual Best in Show Awards.
- Wellness Lounge, where attendees can recharge with massage therapy, an oxygen bar, and refreshments.
- Time Out Café, designed as a space for informal meetings.
Learning opportunities continue on the floor with Learning Labs and Safety Huddles, offering shorter-format education outside the traditional classroom. The Digital Passport to Prizes program will also encourage attendees to connect with participating exhibitors by scanning QR codes for entry into prize drawings.
With exhibitors ranging from established firms to first-time participants in the New Exhibitor Pavilion, the expo floor represents one of the most comprehensive views of current safety solutions available in one place. For safety professionals tasked with sourcing products and services, the expo offers a hands-on environment to evaluate tools that support workplace health and safety.
