The next day, Oct. 24, the Occupational Keynote, running from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., focuses on new and emerging threats in the workplace, particularly one causing increasing fatalities. Speakers Jim McDonnell from McDonnell Strategies Group Inc. and Cody Nagle, a former White House Advisor, will guide the discussion. Following this, the panel on "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in OSH," from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., will be led by the U.S. Army's first female fighter pilot, Maj. General Jeannie M. Leavitt, discussing the link between DE&I and safety outcomes. She will be joined by safety health leaders, including NSC Board Members Nicole Piggott and Dr. David Daniels.

Wrapping up the congress on Oct. 25, Cam Stevens takes center stage from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. with the "Closing Keynote & Safety Innovation Challenge" titled "All Hands on Tech: Innovation and Collaboration for a Safer Tomorrow."
