Federal Advisory Council on Occupational Safety and Health to Meet July 13

The meeting will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. ET.

Mark your calendars. The Federal Advisory Council on Occupational Safety and Health (FACOSH) will be meeting in just a few days.

According to a trade release, FACOSH, which focuses on federal employee health and safety and addresses concerns like injury reduction and safety and health programs for these employees, will be meeting from 1 to 4 p.m. ET on June 13, 2023. Members of the public can tune in online (there is no in-person option) but will only be allowed to listen.  

This meeting may cover “the FACOSH subcommittee's work on addressing agencies' effective use of occupational safety and health management systems,” “OSHA's warehouse initiative” and “OSHA's work on workplace violence.”
