OSHA Issues 21 Violations to PA Metal Coatings Company

The company faces over $570,000 in proposed penalties for the violations found at its New Jersey facility.

A Pennsylvania manufacturer was cited for multiple violations following an OSHA investigation into one of its newer facilities in New Jersey.

The metal coatings company, Regal Industrial Corp., opened a new facility in New Jersey in fall 2021. OSHA launched an investigation in April 2022 after receiving a complaint and, according to an OSHA news release, found “the company failed to:

Regal Industrial Corp. was issued 21 violations—five willful, 15 serious and one other-than-serious—and faces proposed penalties of $573,681.

According to the news release, the company established a safety and health program at its corporate headquarters.
