Igniting the Audience at AIHce 2015

June 2's program featured the IGNITE sessions, five-minute talks on practically anything.

SALT LAKE CITY -- Innovation, sustainability, working dogs, garment workers' safety in Bangladesh, (accidentally) stealing a car, and the coolness of being an industrial hygienist -- oh, and did we mention working dogs?

This lineup of topics, delivered in quick succession by what was scheduled to be 16 presenters during a 90-minute session June 2 at AIHce 2015 here, maintained the tradition of this popular presentation format: five-minutes for a speaker to discuss a topic close to his or her heart, with up to 20 slides used to illustrate it for the audience.

Next year's AIHce 2015, taking place May 21-26 in Baltimore, will be the industrial hygiene community's next opportunity to enjoy these fast-moving presentations or to present one themselves.
