An inspiring keynote lineup is set to bring fresh insights and thought leadership to Safety 2025, Orlando’s premier safety event.

The American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) will host three keynote sessions during its Safety 2025 conference, scheduled for July 22–24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.

The annual event is expected to draw thousands of occupational safety and health professionals from around the world, offering more than 200 educational sessions and a large exposition showcasing the latest products and services in the field.

Kicking off the conference is author and speaker Shasta Nelson, who will lead the opening general session on July 22. Nelson, known for her work on building high-trust workplace relationships, has consulted with companies such as Google and LinkedIn and has delivered more than 500 keynotes.

On July 23, ASSP President-elect Linda Tapp will moderate a panel titled “The Silent Hazard: Mental Health, Suicide Prevention and the Role of EHS Professionals.” The session will focus on addressing mental health challenges in the workplace, with an emphasis on suicide prevention in the construction industry.

The closing session on July 24 will feature Liz Bohannon, a best-selling author and entrepreneur, who will speak on fostering human connection in the workplace. Bohannon is known for her unconventional approach to organizational leadership and team empowerment.

Attendees can earn up to 1.5 continuing education units (CEUs) and are encouraged to register online for the best rates. Group discounts and expo-only passes are also available.
