OSHA is reminding employers to submit the 2020 Form 300A data electronically by March 2.
The agency began collecting data for the calendar year on January 2. Establishments that have 250 or more employees and are required to keep OSHA illness and injury records must provide electronic submissions.
Establishments in certain industries, such as agriculture and construction, that have between 20 and 249 employees and high injury and illness rates must also submit the form electronically.
Employers that are unsure about their standing as far as workplace injuries can use the Injury Tracking Application.
More information on the 2020 Form 300A data form deadline can be found at osha.gov.
