AAMVA Seeks Volunteer Technical Advisors

The American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators is looking for motor vehicle agency volunteers to fill five seats on a newly constituted Technical Advisory Committee. This group will serve as the advisory body to the AAMVA Board of Directors for current and future technology services provided by the association.

According to AAMA, the committee will help maintain a strong link between the board and the association's technology programs. This group will have three critical tasks, including:

  • Ensuring AAMVA's technology programs, products, and services align with the association's strategic plan,
  • Verifying that technology programs conform to board policies, and
  • Ensuring that technology programs are linked with AAMVA business and financial goals and guidelines.
