Jason Desler, Senior HSE Manager, PIP Global Safety
Jason Desler is a senior EHS leader with over 30 years of experience across high-hazard manufacturing, food and beverage production, construction, and military aviation systems. Currently the Senior EHS Manager at PIP Global Safety, he leads safety strategy and continuous improvement for the Clover, SC operation. He has held key leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand, The Hershey Company, Chobani, Kraft Heinz, and ATI Specialty Alloys & Components, where he drove significant gains in safety performance, compliance, and operational reliability across large, complex environments. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Jason is known for combining technical expertise with practical leadership to build strong safety cultures and align EHS performance with business goals.
Rob Daleman, VP, Marketing, FacilityOS
Rob Daleman is the Vice President of Marketing at FacilityOS, where he leads global marketing strategy, brand, and demand generation to drive growth and category leadership in digital facility operations. Rob brings extensive experience leading enterprise marketing organizations across complex technology sectors. Prior to FacilityOS, he served as Vice President of Global Marketing at Copperleaf, where he helped organizations make better capital allocation decisions through advanced decision analytics. Earlier, as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at Quadient, Rob played a key role in transforming the company through the global rebrand from Neopost and driving growth across enterprise communications, financial automation, and mail and parcel solutions. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Avaya, where he focused on enterprise unified communications, and Dell, where he led marketing for enterprise hardware and software solutions. Based in Toronto, Canada, Rob holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
