In this webinar, we will discuss Emergency Response Team (ERT) rescue training and the importance of changing your ERT personnel from an industrial-safety mindset to a rescue-hero mindset — a higher level of performance. Most ERT members look at emergency response for confined spaces or other work operations in their facility from a work perspective and when something goes wrong, they have to develop contingency plans on how to overcome what they thought was right.
An effective rescue training program requires critical thinking training — changing behaviors, attitudes and mindsets as to how an ERT member thinks in regards to safety and rescue — and must be integrated into their daily work.
