Access the Show at the Palm of Your Hand
With more than 130 education sessions, pre-conference one-, two-, and three-day seminars, as well as more than 300 exhibitors, the 2010 Expo is sure to be eventful. To help attendees keep track of every session and activity, NFPA is providing a new, free mobile application that can be accessed via smartphone, Blackberry, iPhone, Android, Palm OS, Symbian, Java, Windows Mobile, and more. The application provides on all-access pass to show information, conference schedules, and education sessions.
To download the application, attendees can visit the iTunes App Store, Android Market, or Blackberry App World and search for “NFPA C&E.” The application can also be downloaded directly from a mobile browser by going to nfpa.boopsie.com.
In addition to smartphones, attendees can stay connected via computer using the NFPA online session scheduler to search the full list of education sessions and build a personal itinerary. People can look for specific content, or browse categories sorted by day, educational track, and/or sponsoring member section.
