Executive Q&A: Rethinking Occupational Health Management Smarter, More Responsive Care
Date: Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 2:00pm ET - 1:00pm CT - 11:00am PT
Many occupational health programs are facing a shared challenge: they continue to rely on single, rigid delivery models, even as safety leaders are expected to support compliance, injury response, and workforce needs across multiple locations, shifts, and scenarios.
It doesn’t have to be that way. New technology and service options are improving the flexibility and responsiveness workplace health and safety leaders have when it comes to managing employees’ health.
In this live Executive Q&A session, Examinetics experts Mike Pelz and Matt Kafer will explore how organizations are rethinking occupational health management to better align with today’s operational realities. They’ll discuss how safety and health professionals are using new technology and on-demand services to design more responsive programs that adapt to workforce needs, support consistent injury response, and maintain compliance across locations, shifts, and job roles. The conversation will focus on practical decision-making, program flexibility, and how modern approaches to occupational health can strengthen both safety outcomes and business performance.
While OH&S Executive Editor and Publisher David Kopf will interview Pelz and Kafer on key themes, most of the session will be dedicated to answering audience questions. Bring your real-world challenges and get direct insight into how leading organizations are approaching occupational health management in a changing work environment.
