In this special Ask Me Anything webinar, chemical safety and regulatory expert Dr. Luc Séguin will answer your questions about the fundamentals of OSHA’s Hazard Communication (HazCom) Standard and what safety managers need to know to ensure compliance in today’s workplaces. HazCom remains one of OSHA’s most cited standards, yet it is also one of the most misunderstood.
From hazard classification and labeling to Safety Data Sheets and employee training, many organizations struggle to move beyond “checking the box” toward meaningful, effective hazard communication. Dr. Luc Séguin, PhD chemist
On June 1st, 2022, Dr. Séguin created an LLC company to act as an expert consultant in compliance and regulations related to chemicals, nationally and internationally. His job is mainly to support companies in their need for opinions, reports, training, services related to his fields of expertise.
