She is past president and founder of the Society of Total Worker Health™ where her work has focused on advancing the field of Total Worker Health through community building, collective action, and partnerships. Lili is the co-founder of Health Links®, a nationally recognized initiative that helps businesses create healthier, safer workplaces through assessment, consulting, and certification. With more than a decade of experience bridging academia, industry, and government, she has built multiple “academic start-ups” that scale Total Worker Health innovation and interventions.
