As Senior Director of Technical Programs and Development at the International Safety Equipment Association (ISEA), Diana Jones leads the organization’s standards initiatives—overseeing all ISEA-administered voluntary standards and guiding collaboration across product groups. She works to advance and expand the industry’s standards program, build new partnerships, and strengthen the foundation for innovation and safety across the sector. Before joining ISEA, Diana spent nearly six years with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), where she managed portfolios for electrical, industrial, and chemical safety solutions.

Stacey Simmons serves as Chair of the Head Protection Product Group for the International Safety Equipment Association (ISEA), where she leads industry collaboration to advance standards, innovation, and worker protection in safety. In her role as Strategic Accounts Manager at Bullard, Stacey works to help deliver innovative head protection and safety solutions within the industry. She has also previously served as Global Product Manager for Head Protection at Bullard, overseeing the development and strategy of advanced head protection solutions trusted by workers in construction, utilities, and industrial environments. With a deep understanding of both product design and safety standards, Stacey brings a practical, forward-looking perspective to shaping the future of head protection across the industry.
