Construction Safety: Personalizing Safety Training with Technology

Date: Thursday October 30, 2025 at 2:00pm ET - 1:00pm CT - 11:00am PT

In this webinar, we’ll showcase a groundbreaking AI-driven, personalized safety training system that utilizes immersive XR simulation, biosensors, and AI to detect workers’ cognitive challenges in real-time and deliver customized safety interventions. The validation results showed significant improvements in workers' hazard identification performance after receiving personalized training, with an increase of more than 30%. Moreover, the training approach was successful in enhancing not only workers’ safety knowledge but also their visual scanning strategies. The personalized training also ensures PPE usage as well as using the correct PPE for that worker. Join us in exploring how this next-generation training can significantly enhance hazard recognition, reduce incidents, prevent injuries, and transform safety on your projects.
