Date: Thursday September 25, 2025 at 2:00pm ET - 1:00pm CT - 11:00am PT

OSHA’s Recordkeeping Standard Part 1904 requires employers to “report” certain types of serious incidents that have occurred in the “workplace”. This standard also requires many employers to “record” these and other incidents on particular forms and even submit these directly to OSHA.

This webinar will review many of the basics of the OSHA 1904 Reporting and Recordkeeping requirements including who is covered, what must be reported, when incidents must be reported, why is it important to be compliant, and how and where to submit the proper forms.
