Giovany Gil / Ms. Industrial Design & Product Innovation 

A global fall protection professional since 2004, Giovany is involved with Research & Development teams during the Product strategy definition, conceptualization, design, production, certification, and market launch phases. He’s been involved in innovation projects related to harnesses, energy absorbers, anchorages, engineered systems, and software-embedded solutions. In addition to his technical role within Honeywell, he has participated in both ANSI & CSA committees as a Honeywell representative member since 2020.
 


Bob Wengryn / Regional Fall Protection Sales Manager

With over 30 years of experience in fall protection, Bob has been an integral part of Miller’s product development for the past 26+ years. His commitment to safety is evident through his extensive training and certifications, such as: QSSP, Competent Person Training, Confined Space & Confined Space Entry Training, as well as OSHA Construction Safety & Health. Bob is a respected figure in the fall protection industry, and has been a featured speaker at numerous industry events and conferences.
