EHS Software Solutions - How do we get started?

What does it take to roll out EHS software? Join Jon Liesmaki, Director of Environmental, Health, & Safety from Harmon Inc., who evaluated 27 vendors, and has rolled out multiple EHS processes across departments for the last several years, as he walks you through selection criteria, to leadership buy-in, to employee adoption. There are plenty of organizations looking to move from old processes (either dated systems, or paper and Excel.) It’s not easy to get just a handful of employees adopting a new system and process, let alone hundreds more.

Often, the thought can be, “I’ll stick with what we have, because the idea of changing seems overwhelming.” How can we make this less difficult? What do companies need to consider, what do they need to know, and what do they need to worry less about? Not to mention the question - why is a digital platform so beneficial to your organization?

Jon is joined by Jill James, Chief Safety Officer at HSI, and former OSHA Inspector, to talk through the trials and tribulations of adopting a new system.
