Learn how to leverage technology to give rookie inspectors the benefit of a veteran's experience, even when they're working alone.
You’re in a tough spot when it comes to getting inexperienced inspectors onboarded. Learning by Zoom is hard, and you still need to minimize contact between novices and experienced mentors.
Throw in some changes — like new equipment or regulations — and you’ve got real issues with the consistency and quality of inspection results, as well as the productivity of your team.
But there’s hope. Clear, precise instructions delivered at the point of inspection smooth out your onboarding process, arming a rookie with the experience of a 20-year veteran. Building digital checklists as part of a complete mobile app provides opportunities for better supervision, mentoring, and results quickly — in a safe environment.
This webinar will show you:
- How detailed checklists shortcut the learning curve and ensure high quality work from novice inspectors
- How digitizing checklists can prevent information overload — while still capturing the details
- How inspectors and supervisors gain opportunities for mentorship and guidance in real-time when they use mobile apps
