.Mr. Kramer is a safety consultant and structural engineer with 25 years of experience. As a dually registered professional engineer and certified safety professional, he has spent much of his career consulting with clients to reduce risk for workers at heights. He specializes in the assessment and design of fall protection systems, as well as fall protection program development and training. Mr. Kramer is Chair of the ANSI Z359 Committee that develops fall protection consensus standards, and he chairs two subcommittees (ANSI Z359.1 and .17). He also serves as the president of the International Society for Fall Protection. He is widely considered to be a thought leader in the fall protection industry, having given more than 200 technical sessions and workshops on the topic.
