Lean Manufacturing: How Using an EHS Software Can Make It a Reality

Environmental, Health & Safety Managers are faced everyday with organizational objectives that seem to compete for their time. Today you likely work in an organization that has embraced the concepts of Lean Manufacturing. You are committed to that goal, but feel overwhelmed with the ever growing demands of your EHS Compliance responsibilities. Your to-do list keeps growing and the number of daily activities has reached the point where you have difficulty keeping up with what was done yesterday and what is on the table for today. On top of all of that, you feel the pressure of hard reporting deadlines set by Government Regulations. If anything, you need more help, not less, but the Budget hasn’t grown any and you have been asked to make cuts to already approved projects. Does this sound like you?
