OH&S Launches 2023 Industrial Hygiene Awards

Entries for the third annual award program are due by March 3, 2023.

Occupational Health & Safety is pleased to announce the launch of the third annual Industrial Hygiene Awards.

This award program honors the outstanding product development achievements of health and safety manufacturers whose products are considered particularly noteworthy in their ability to improve industrial hygiene.

This year, participants can choose from 26 different categories to enter their product or products into. They include:

The winners of each category, determined by a panel of judges who review the submitted materials, will receive many benefits, including editorial coverage and special advertising rates in the May 2023 print issue of OH&S and in the April 27, 2023, issue of the Industrial Hygiene Quarterly eNewsletter, recognition in OH&S’ marketing and promotions and inclusion in the special winners’ section on ohsonline.com. Winners will also be awarded a trophy and can use the 2023 Industrial Hygiene Awards logo on all promotions of winning products.

A company may submit more than one product. Companies that enter the same product into multiple categories will be charged at the first product rate for the first category entry and at the discounted second category rate for additional category entries.

The entry fee for the first product is $650. Each additional product is $450, and a product entered into a second category is $300.

Products that previously won Industrial Hygiene Awards cannot be entered again in the same category. However, updated versions of winning products are eligible, as are winning products entered in different categories.

A panel of judges  to determine the winners. Awards will be given at the discretion of the judges, who are selected from the health and safety industry by the editorial staff of OH&S, and judges have the sole right to determine eligibility. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be rejected. All decisions are final. To ensure fairness, judge names will be kept confidential.

Entries are due by March 3, 2023.
