DOE Aids Contractors with Drug Testing, Security Compliance

The U.S. Department of Energy has scheduled a series of drug testing video conferences for its contractors that will take place Jan. 16, 17, 22, and 23. The public forums are on the new drug testing and security clearance requirements and will take place from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

The series allows contractors affected by the new requirements to voice their views and assist the department in identifying issues in need of resolution. The forums will be conducted via videoconferencing at DOE sites.

Video conferencing will be linked on a first-come, first-served basis for each day. If you have questions regarding video links and setups, call HSS User Support at 301-903-8358. Additional information regarding drug testing requirements is located at: www.hss.energy.gov/HealthSafety/WSHP/rule851/rule707.html.
