With over 10 years of human resources experience, including health and safety, organizational development and instructional design, Meaghan has held a variety of roles in her career. She is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, and is a Certified Professional of the Society of Human Resource Management.

Stephen Tull
Manager, Regulated Field Safety and Training, Chesapeake Utilities Corporation
Steve has been in the Natural Gas industry for 26 years, all with Chesapeake Utilities. He has held several roles in Operations including Gas Services Coordinator, Metering Supervisor, Manager of Gas Conversions and Compliance and most recently Manager, Regulated Field Safety and Training. He oversees the safety and training for Chesapeake’s operations in Delaware, Maryland, Ohio and Florida. Steve also oversaw the design and build for the Company’s training facility “Safety Town”.
Jeffrey Fors
Corporate Director of Landfill Gas Operations, Waste Management
Jeffrey has spent the last 20 years with Waste Management and currently is a Corporate Director for the Landfill Gas Program. During his tenure, he has held many roles from Field Technician, Renewable Energy Plant Manager and Area level manager with the company. His job responsibilities have focused heavily on environmental compliance, special project management, and safety.
Jeffrey earned degrees from Penn State University and East Stroudsburg University with an emphasis in Biology. Additionally, he served 12 years in the U.S. Army Reserves, and supported Operation Iraqi Freedom III as a Platoon Sergeant.
