“For a safety culture to be successful it needs to be led from the top.” - While this is a commonly accepted approach, is this truly the best way to build a good safety culture?  Would it not be more effective to have a safety program that everyone buys into, not just one that is mandated down from leadership?  After all, a culture is a set of shared values and beliefs, not just those of certain individuals.  This presentation will focus on practices for building a safety culture where everyone is involved at every level of an organization.
