OSHA 1910.146 - Keeping CSE Safe

Over 2 million workers enter permit confined spaces annually.  Confined spaces are found in nearly every industrial operation and present a dangerous challenge to Life Safety, facility Risk Management and productivity.  OSHA is the regulatory agency that ensures compliance, but the real question is are you taking the proper steps to ensure accidents do not happen?
