Understanding Requirements Changes in Hand Protection: Impact & Thermal Performance

During this free webinar you will learn about some of the more recent changes to standards for hand protection, which will include information on which parts of NFPA 2112-2018 now include tests for gloves and how that compares to the thermal requirements listed in the ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 Handbook. In addition, the ISEA has launched a project to develop back-of-the-hand impact protection testing and performance criteria, as a new standard initiative. Dorsal side injuries are particularly common in automotive, cargo handling, towing and transportation, oil and gas drilling, mining, heavy equipment and construction industries.

This webinar will discuss the new impact performance classifications and provide an update on how the changes to the standard will impact worker safety.
