Randy Klatt is a Director of Loss Control for the MEMIC Group.  Prior to joining MEMIC in 2003, Randy held numerous safety sensitive positions in private industry and the military.   He worked in emergency medical services as a licensed paramedic, spent 21 years as an active duty and reserve US Navy pilot, and flew commercial aircraft for United Airlines.  He served as adjunct faculty for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, teaching courses in aviation safety, human factors, and crash investigation.  Randy is an authorized instructor for both the General Industry and Construction OSHA Outreach Training Programs, and holds the Workers Compensation Professional designation.
