Speakers:

Robert Gheesling is the S.E. Territory Manager at Superior Glove Works, USA Ltd. Mr. Gheesling has been in the safety field for 40 years. The first half of his career was on the distribution side and the second half has been working with two of the leading glove and sleeve PPE manufacturers in North America. He has worked in all aspects of the business from Customer Service to V. P. Mr. Gheesling has spent most of the past 20 years specializing in cut-resistant gloves and sleeves. He has been instrumental in both the design of new product and upgrading of existing products. Mr. Gheesling has worked with all the major automotive manufacturers and Tier One Suppliers and assisted them in determining the proper PPE for their situations.

Jill Conley is a Senior Research Engineer with DuPont and has 17 years of experience in the development of new products and new applications and currently holds 13 patents. Of those 17 years with DuPont, Ms. Conley has been in the Kevlar® business for 14 years and has worked in a variety of market segments including composites, mass transportation, the automotive industry, and high-performance apparel. She also manages the Cut-Performance Lab within DuPont. Ms. Conley has presented at numerous tradeshows and conferences in North America, Europe, and China and is often seen supporting the DuPont Cut Demo Unit. Ms. Conley received both her Bachelors and Masters of Science Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology.

Derek Coughlin has been in the safety industry for 17 years and has held positions for major safety players in the industry. As previous Sales Manager responsible for the Canadian automotive market for a large US firm, Mr. Coughlin expanded his knowledge and collaboration abilities with end users and various automotive companies; he then brought his expertise to Superior Glove Works, where he is currently the Automotive Specialist for North America. Mr. Coughlin is a sought-after expert in safety product recommendations in the industry and has helped reduce thousands of injuries in automotive plants across North America.
