IMA Makes Incentive Curriculum Available Online
According to the Incentive Federation, North American businesses spend more than $30 billion a year to motivate and reward employees and customers. In light of this tidbit of information, the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) has published an online, expanded version of "Principles of Results-Based Incentive Program Design," available at www.incentivemarketing.org/displaycommon.cfm?an=1&subarticlenbr=280.
Originally a textbook, the comprehensive curriculum instructs on designing and implementing incentive programs and measuring their effectiveness. The expanded version features new research, new case studies, and a series of executive white papers focusing on award selection and measurement. Also, interactive, detailed directories at the beginning of each chapter make accessing specific sections fast and easy, and the online self-check tests at the end of every chapter are directed at helping CPIM candidates.
The resource is also available in print and an interactive CD version.
