Click It or Ticket Mobilization Set for May 21-June 3
The National Highway Transporation Safety Administration is reminding the nation to buckle up in record numbers during May 21 to June 3, which is the national mobilization for the Click It or Ticket program. That program is the most successful seat belt enforcement campaign ever mounted, NHTSA says.

CIOT, as the agency calls the program, helped to raise the national seat belt usage rate to 82 percent.
