CDC Set for National Flu Vaccine Summit

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is holding a National Influenza Vaccine Summit April 19-20 at its Atlanta home to help public and private organizations be better prepared for a potential flu outbreak.

The summit will take place at the J.W. Marriott hotel in Buckhead, an Atlanta suburb. Some 400 representatives of various organizations will participate, including healt care and public health professionals, vaccine manufacturers and distributors, and consumers.

CDC convenes this summit every year to ensure U.S. entities are as prepared as possible for the coming flu season.
