I am so excited to bring you today’s podcast featuring one of the most insightful conversations I have had on the topic of employee buy-in, communication and strategies for success when it comes to bringing in new safety initiatives at your company.

For today’s podcast, I interview Sean Stinson, the Chief Revenue Officer at Blackline Safety and Jeffery Fors, Corporate Director for the Landfill Gas Program at Waste Management, a Blackline Safety customer. Before we jump into the interview, I would like to give you a little more information about Sean and Jeffery.
