More Than 140,000 Following NIOSH's Tweets
One of the most popular OSH social media sites for safety news is still going strong.
Nearly 40,000 nail gun injuries are treated in U.S. emergency rooms each year. The excellent NIOSH Pocket Guide to Chemical Hazards is now available as a free download. ACOEM VP Ronald Loeppke, M.D., joined the NIOSH National Expert Colloquium for the Total Worker Health Initiative on Dec. 15.

More than 140,000 people had done so as of Dec. 15. (A behemoth in safety social media, the American Red Cross, had more than 592,000 followers as of Dec. 19.)
