UL Webinar to Discuss Smoke Alarm Technology

As part of its free Science of Safety webinar series, Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is presenting its second session tomorrow, July 10, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. CDT (11 a.m. to noon EDT), providing information related to current smoke alarm technology and offering the fire safety community a forum for questions and discussion. The session, Smoke Alarms: Ionization, Photoelectric and Dual Technology, will include a 30- to 40-minute presentation along with the opportunity to ask UL experts questions on smoke alarms and advances being made to keep people safer from fire.

Once you sign up you will receive a confirmation email and additional information, including the password for event. As part of the webinar, you will also need to call a toll-free number to check in with an operator and be able to ask questions and be part of the forum.
