Prior to joining JHN, he was vice president and director of safety technology for Gibson Engineering.
Norton has worked extensively within OSHA, having trained the agency's senior staff at the U.S. Department of Labor and Enforcement and Outreach personnel from the New England Region. He also served as an editorial board advisor for the Lockout/Tagout, Machine Guarding, and Robotics sections of the organization’s health and safety Web site.
