AAOHN Hosts 'Boot Camp 2007: Providing for Workforce Health and Safety'
The American Association of Occupational Health Nurses Inc. will host “Boot Camp 2007: Providing for Workforce Health and Safety” on Tuesday, Nov. 6 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the William L. Yates Conference Center at the South Carolina Hospital Association in Columbia, S.C. The day-long program will offer participants 4.0 CNE contact hours.
Focusing on reviewing the roles of occupational and environmental health nurses as well as explaining terminology specific to the profession, the program will outline the three phases of conducting an occupational and employee health and safety assessment. Boot camp faculty include:

- Jeannie K. Hanna, RN, MSN, COHN-S, FAAOHN, Director of Integrated Health and Productivity at The Hershey Company
- Larry W. Gray, AIC, Executive Vice President for Property and Casualty at PHT Services, LTD.
