RPI Calls for Best Practice Award Nominees

Recognition Professionals International (RPI, formerly NAER) is calling for nominations for its best practice award. Organizations may self-nominate or be nominated by someone outside the organization with the nominee's approval.

Nominees must be willing to be audited, share their programs and processes with RPI, and have the results published. Award recipients will be notified in February and will be formally recognized at RPI's Annual Conference during the All Awards Dinner presentation. Best Overall Award recipients will be invited to make presentations at the following RPI Fall Summit about their recognition programs.

The application fee for submission of a nomination is $150 for RPI members and $400 for non-members--the application fee will include a one-year RPI membership.

All nominations must be accompanied with relevant materials sufficient to demonstrate that the program is documented as required by RPI's best practice standards, which are:

  • Recognition Strategy
  • Management Responsibility
  • Recognition Program Measurement
  • Communication Plan
  • Recognition Training
  • Recognition Events and Celebrations
  • Program Change and Flexibility

These materials may be submitted via the online form, emailed in an electronic format to [email protected], or mailed on CD to the following address: Recognition Professionals International (RPI), 1801 North Mill Street, Suite R, Naperville, IL 60563. Completed Nomination Forms with application fee must be postmarked by Dec. 1, 2007. For more information, visit www.recognition.org.
