Free Emergency Responder Expo Expected to Draw 1,500 Attendees

The 9th Annual Technologies for Critical Incident Preparedness Conference and Exposition, which highlights the technology and training tools currently available and being developed for the emergency responder community, will be happening from Nov. 6-8, 2007, at the San Francisco Marriott.

The event is being presented by the U.S. Departments of Justice, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Department of Defense (DoD), and hosted by DOJ's Office of Justice Programs' National Institute of Justice, DHS's Science and Technology Directorate, and DoD's Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Americas' Security Affairs.

Attendee registration is free for the three-day conference but will be limited to 1,500. Those wishing to attend should apply in advance at www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=542413927662.
