All the masks and vaccines in the world won’t overcome the virus’s spread as quickly as we would like. And as we all know, COVID-19 is a respiratory disease, so one would think that cleaning indoor air would be at the center of all mitigating solutions to safeguard against the spread of the virus – but it’s still not. Even the CDC left that off the priority list when it recently released guidelines on how to open buildings safely, which included social distancing, wearing masks, hand washing, surface cleaning and contact tracing.
