Work happens at the speed of business, often too fast for establishing sustainable injury prevention strategies. Dependence on purely behavior-based safety programs or half-baked health and safety systems inevitably shackles good intentions, promotes poor performance and delivers temporary solutions.

This informative webinar will help you discover how you can effectively arm yourself and your organization with the tools needed to encourage “accountability by choice”. The key discussion points of the webinar are:

  • How to encourage self-imposed organizational accountability
  • Understand the concept of process thinking and how to simplify complex safety challenges
  • Explore real-life and powerful examples of leadership in action that resulted in positive impact on the entire organization
  • Importance of approaching Health and Safety software at an enterprise level for a sustainable safety program into your organization
